How to shop

You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.

To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.

You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.

Inventory availability

When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.

• In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
• Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
• Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. Yes. We want happy customers. If your gear doesn't fit as expected, we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size. Contact us and we'll help you get squared away.

Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't been updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?

For customers in North America:

We only see the same tracking information as you. Domestic packages should be received within two weeks of shipping confirmation. Please contact us if you are a US customer and have not received your order after two weeks. 

For international customers outside of the Americas:

We only see the same tracking information as you. International orders take much longer for shipping and processing. In some cases international orders can take up to 8 weeks from departure of the US to be delivered. If the tracking information was last in the US and hasn't updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way there. Once it arrives at that next destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 8 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again at no additional cost to you. 

I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it. 

Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

Adding items to your cart

Found an item you love? Click through to the item page. From there, select your desired color (click on the color directly if multiple color options are available), size, and enter your desired quantity in the "quantity" text box. Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and must be returned within 60 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your item, you may request to exchange for a different size of the same item. We can not process an exchange for a different item/product.

Customized merchandise sales are final. No returnes or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?

Cost depends on the order size and zip code, sales taxes (for applicable states/regions) are estimated at check out. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (between customer and shipping carrier). Brokerage fees may be charged to customers as well and vary by country and value of the package.

Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees.

Note, if you place an order for delivery to an address other than your own, the recipient may be responsible for tariffs and duties, as mandated by their local government.

Currently, GitHub Shop merchandise ships from the United States. International orders may incur higher shipping costs than orders within the continental United States.
